Velrie Freeman is the founder of Accountable Books, Inc. and has over 25 years experience in the accounting profession. Velrie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and has been a controller for both large and small companies – most recently for a start-up Software Company with divisions in the UK, Japan, and India.

The goal of Accountable Books, Inc. is to enable the small business owner to concentrate on getting their business up and running while leaving the accounting in the capable hands of Velrie and her staff. We provide continuing bookkeeping services or, once a business is ready to have its own in-house accounting staff, Accountable Books, Inc. will facilitate in the transition, help to train the in-house staff, and continue to assist as necessary.
